• 4 cup Chicken
• 2 Lime leaves
• 3 inch 1 galangal, or ginger root, peeled and grated
• 2 tablespoon Lemongrass paste
• 3 tablespoon Chopped thai basil
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon White pepper
• 15 ounce 2 cans coconut milk, full fat
• 3 tablespoon Fish
• 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 0.25 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
• 2 Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
