400 ml coconut milk Caned/fresh
2 Nos Stalks Lemongrass, Pounded And Chopped
4 Nos Kaffir lime leaves torn
2 Nos Red chilies sliced
1 Tbsp Fresh ginger grated
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsp Lime juice-
1 Tbsp White sugar
As required Fresh cilantro for garnish

How to cook Thai Chicken Soup

STEP 1.In a large pot, add the chicken broth, coconut milk, lemongrass, lime leaves, red chilies, ginger, and fish sauce. Bring this mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes so all those delicious flavors meld together.

STEP 1.Now, add the sliced chicken strips to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. The chicken should be perfectly cooked and easy to shred with a fork.
