Directions : Teriyaki Chicken Wings Recipe

STEP 1.1 heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan on medium to low heat.

STEP 2.2 add 1000 gm chicken wings, spread them out and fry for 5 minutes till golden on the bottom, then turn all the pieces over and fry for another 5 minutes till golden on both sides.

STEP 3.3 then cover and cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Half way through, uncover the pan and turn the chicken wings over.

STEP 4.4 next add 80 ml teriyaki sauce, 80 ml honey, 1 tbsp pepper powder and salt to taste and stir well.

STEP 5.5 turn the heat to thigh and cook for a further 3 minutes.

STEP 6.6 stir continuously till the sauce thickens and the chicken wings are well coated with the dark sticky sauce.

STEP 7.7 transfer to a dishandserve hot.
