Master mixologist jeremy oertel is the brains behind the summer of george, a brilliant tequila + pear cocktail that we just cant stop sipping. Its sweet and tart, and well-rounded thanks the two types of tequilas. Oertel calls for st. Georges spiced pear liqueur, which includes cinnamon and clove flavors. It will still be quite tasty with a simpler variety of pear liqueur, but the spices are just beautiful alongside the honey and orgeat.
