• 2 Medium eggplants, halved lengthways
• 1 cup Loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
• 1 Long fresh red chilli, thinly sliced
• 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, toasted
• Steamed brown or white basmati rice, to serve
