My husband and i are expert fondue makers. As big cheese lovers, this pot full of delicious melted cheese is our little addiction. We usually make it after the kids have gone to bed so we can enjoy a mini date at home while watching a movie. This fondue recipe is made with beer, cheddar cheese and monterey jack with jalapeos to give it that little kick of spiciness. Try it Im sure youll love it.
