• 600 gram Beef scotch fillet steaks
• 2 teaspoon Olive oil
• 100 gram 1 x pkt baby asian greens
• 250 gram 1 x punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, thinly sliced diagonally
• 55 gram Trimmed bean sprouts
• 0.5 cup Fresh coriander leaves
• 4 Slices wholegrain bread, to serve
• 1 Long fresh red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
• 2 Fresh coriander roots, washed, trimmed, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
