• 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

• 1 Jar mango peach salsa, i recommend using target's archer farm brand
• 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1.25 cup Frozen corn, thawed
• 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
• 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
• 1 Large avocado, sliced
• 1 Mango, sliced
• 1.5 cup Jasmine rice, rinsed very well and drained well
• 1.5 cup Coconut water or water
• 1.25 cup Full fat canned coconut milk
