• 1 Bag great northern beans i use goya brand
• 2 cup Chopped ham
• 4 cup Chicken or vegetable stock
• 2 cup Water
• 1 Medium Yellow Onion Chopped
• 2 Carrots Chopped
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
• 2 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• 0.25 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
• 2 Cloves garlic grated i use a microplane
