• 2 pound Lean ground beef
• 1 Large yellow onion, finely chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic, finely minced
• 2 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 3 can Tomato sauce
• 0.5 cup Beef broth
• 2 tablespoon Chili powder
• 2.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 2 teaspoon Paprika
• 2 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground coriander
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 can Dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can Light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• Shredded cheddar cheese, for serving
