• 12 Medium sized shrimp 26 30 count
• 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
• 4 Cloves of garlic fine chop
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon White wine
• 0.25 cup Sour cream
• 0.5 cup Cream cheese
• 0.5 cup Shredded cabots horseradish cheddar or your favorite cheese
• 2 tablespoon Grated romano cheese
• 3 tablespoon Heavy mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
• As required Sea salt and black pepper to taste
• 0.25 cup Shredded horseradish cheddar for top of dip or your favorite cheese
