1 pound Jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, i used 16 20 count
0.25 inch 6 strips bacon cut in strips
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 Cloves garlic sliced
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
As required Hot sauce optional to taste
1 tablespoon Italian parsley fine chop for garnish
2 tablespoon Scallions thinly sliced on bias for garnish
0.5 cup Grape tomatoes cut in 1/2 long way as garnish
