Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together cooked shrimp, crab meat, and flaked fish. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs and spices.
• STEP 3.Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into triangles. Spoon the seafood mixture onto one half of each triangle, leaving a border around the edges.
• STEP 4.Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press the edges together to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
• STEP 5.Transfer the triangles to the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
• STEP 6.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
