• 2 tablespoon Butter or extra virgin olive oil
• 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can Light or regular evaporated milk
• 1 pound Crawfish tails
• 5 tablespoon Cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tablespoons cold water
