Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Rinse the cherry blossoms to remove any salt or impurities.
STEP 2.Mix the sweet rice with water and cook it until it becomes sticky.
STEP 3.Place a layer of cherry blossoms on top of the cooked rice.
STEP 4.Cover the cherry blossoms with another layer of cooked rice.
STEP 5.Steam the rice and cherry blossoms for about 30 minutes.
STEP 6.Serve the Sakura dessert with a dollop of red bean paste on top.
