• 1 Lemon, grated rind and juice
• 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
• 60 milliliter Brandy
• For the brandy butter
• 100 gram Unsalted butter
• 1 Orange, grated rind
• 100 gram Icing sugar
• 3 tablespoon Brandy
• For the flaming
• 2 teaspoon Caster sugar, for dredging
• 4 tablespoon Brandy
