• 2 tablespoon Neutral oil such as canola or vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter
• 6 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
• 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
• 0.5 cup Grated parm
• 0.25 cup Mayo
• 0.25 cup Sour cream
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• Squeeze of lemon
• 1 Clove of garlic, grated
