STEP 1.In a bowl, take the smashed potatoes with coriander leaves, onion, bread crumbs, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, ammchoor powder and 2 teaspoons of salt then mix it altogether gently and make a dough and keep it aside.
STEP 2.In a small bowl, take some all-purpose flour, maida and some water and then it into a smooth batter and keep it aside.
STEP 3.Take 1/4 cup of bread crumbs on a plate and mix it with some chili flakes.
STEP 4.Rub some oil on your hands and shape the dough into small balls. Take dip it in the batter and coat it properly with bread crumbs.
STEP 5.Then in a kadai, take some amount of oil (enough for deep frying) and deep fry it.
STEP 6.Then for the dip, take some mayonnaise, thick curd, 2 teaspoons of chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 pinch of salt and mix it properly.
STEP 7.Then present your potato lollipops on a plate and enjoy.
