Ingredients for Suji (semolina) rolls Recipe

  • 0.38 Cups Suji(semolina)
  • 0.06 Tsp Baking soda
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chili flakes
  • 0.06 Cups Curd
  • 0.13 Cups water
  • 1/4 Cups grated cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 1/4 Cups boiled potatoes (grated)
  • A Stalk Grated carrot
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cups Finely chopped chili
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1/4 Tbsp Sesame seed
  • 0.19 Tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seed
  • As Required Oil
  • 0.13 Cups Capsicum
  • 3/4 Tbsp Cabbage (grated)
  • 1/4 Tsp Chaat masala

Directions: Suji (semolina) Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.1)grind the sooji into powder and keep it in bowl and add chilli flakes,salt,soda and curd mix it well and form it into a dough by adding water and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  • STEP 2.2)Now take another bowl and add paneer,potatoes,carrot,cabbage,capsicum,onion,green chili,chaat masala,coriander leaves,corriander powder,salt and mix well.
  • STEP 3.3)Now take the dough and make slightly thick rotis out of them and add peri peri sauce over it and the stuffing and roll tightly cut the roll in half and steam it for 30 mins while covering.
  • STEP 4.4)Now cut the roll into smaller pieces and take a pan in the pan add oil,sesame seeds,mustard seeds,jeera and put the cut rolls in it and fry up til golden brown.
  • STEP 5.5)Your sooji roll is ready to eat serve it with any sauce of liking.
