• 1.5 cup White wine
• 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
• 8 ounce Cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 teaspoon Ground sage
• 1 teaspoon Rosemary
• 1 teaspoon Thyme
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
• 2 dash Wo hot sauce optional
