• 4 Slices bacon diced
• 1 pound Pork sage sausage
• 0.5 Red bell pepper diced
• 0.5 Sweet onion diced
• 0.5 Green bell pepper diced
• 3 teaspoon Minced garlic
• 3 White mushrooms washed and sliced
• 24 ounce Bag of diced hash browns or potatoes o'brien thawed
• 1 cup Shredded cheese i used a mix of mozzarella and cheddar
• 4 Large eggs beaten
• 0.5 cup Milk
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
