4 Nos tomatoes
3 Nos bell peppers
2 Nos scotch bonnet peppers
0.5 Nos diced red bell pepper
0.25 teaspoon cameroon pepper
0.5 cup palm oil
handful ugu leaf
1 Nos onion
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Nos maggi cubes
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
0.25 teaspoon ginger powder
2 cup Water

Directions : Palm Oil Rice Recipe

STEP 1.Blend tomatoes and peppers together

STEP 3.1. In a cooking pot add palm oil and heat it.

STEP 4.2. Add in chopped onions and saute.

STEP 5.3. Add bend paste,stir and cook for 10 mins with the lid on.

STEP 6.4. Now add diced pnomo,shrimps followed by ground crayfish.

STEP 7.5. Add in salt,maggi cubes,cameroon pepper,garlic powder & ginger powder

STEP 8.6. Add 2 cups of water and stir it well.

STEP 9.7. Then add the parboiled rice and cover the pot with a aluminium foil

STEP 10.8. Then cover it up with a lid and cook it for 20 mins

STEP 11.9. Lastly add the ugu leaves,red bell peppers and cover it.

STEP 12.10. Let it cook for 5 mins on a low heat .

STEP 13.11. After 5 mins turn off the flame and serve.
