200 gram Shallots
25 Guntur red chilli
2 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Urad dal
Few curry leaves
Salt as per requirement

Directions : Pallipalayam Chicken Recipe

STEP 1.Slice tender coconut

STEP 2.Chop shallots

STEP 3.Remove seeds from guntur red chilli

STEP 5.1.add 2 tbsp sesame oil and heat it.

STEP 6.2.add mustard seeds and urad dal.

STEP 7.3.add curry leaves and whole red chilli

STEP 8.4.saute it at low flame for a min.

STEP 9.5.then add chopped shallots,salt as per taste, turmeric powder.

STEP 10.6.saute well for 3 mins.

STEP 11.7.now add chicken and saute it for 5 mins.

STEP 12.8.add 1 cup of water and sliced coconut.

STEP 13.9.cover and cook for 7 mins.
