• 12 ounce 2 bags frozen cauliflower rice, i like this better than fresh it doesn't get as mushy
• 12 ounce Frozen carrot/peas mix
• 0.5 Onion, diced
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Egg
• 1 pound Frozen shrimp, i like the bag of raw/tail on frozen shrimp from trader joe's
• 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
• 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• 0.5 teaspoon Fish sauce
• 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
• Chopped green onions, for garnish
