• stir fry sauce
• 3 Tablespooons dark sweet soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
• 2 teaspoon 3 sugar or honey
• 1 teaspoon optional: chili garlic sauce, to taste
