• 1 Yellow onion, diced

• 1 Red bell pepper, chopped

• 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes in puree
• 1 can Fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
• 15 ounce can kidney beans rinsed and drained
• 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
• 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 1.5 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1.5 teaspoon Each smoked paprika, ground cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 3.5 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth
• 3 cup Uncooked elbow macaroni
• 2 ounce Softened cream cheese, cubed i use low fat
• 1 cup Freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese to taste
• Sour cream
• Fresh parsley
