Directions : Muar Chee Recipe

STEP 1.In a bowl add glutinous rice flour,tapioca flour with water to form a batter

STEP 2.transfer the batter into a greased pan and steam it at high flame for 10-15 mins until the batter is cooked completely from the centre.

STEP 3.Take a big bowl and mix ground roasted peanuts, sugar and sesame seeds well. Cut the steamed rice cake into small pieces and mix it in the mixture well.

STEP 4.Now serve it some fried shallot crips.
