• 1.25 pound Flank steak thinly sliced against the grain
• 1 Medium onion thinly sliced
• 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 teaspoon Garlic minced
• 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 cup Plain greek yogurt
• 1 cup English cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
• 2 Medium tomatoes chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic pressed through a garlic press
• 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
• Salt and pepper
• Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
