• 4 tablespoon Bacon grease or use butter
• 1 Medium onion chopped
• 1 Whole jalapeno seeds removed and diced
• 3 Cloves garlic diced
• As required Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 2 teaspoon Cumin
• 4 tablespoon All purpose flour
• 3 cup Chicken
• 1 cup Corn water or use more chicken broth
• 4 cup Fresh corn kernels from approximately 7 8 cobs
• 4 cup Yellow potatoes peeled and chopped
• 1 cup 2 milk
• Extra bacon and black pepper to serve
