Layered rose lassi popsicle Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Rose lassi is a no-cook . Rose flavored sweet yogurt drink. Popsicle made from this lassi are delicious, refreshing, fragrant and perfect treats during summers. And most importantly these rose lassi pops require just 4 ingredients and they are oh so adorable. I have used rose syrup to add in the rose flavor and lend pink color to the classic lassi. I have used regular home made curd in the recipe, just to make it creamy and a bit thick, i have tied it in a cheese cloth and drained for 1 hour..aren't they ?here i have made a layered popsicle with plain and rose lassi to make it more appealing.
