Khopra Patties Recipe

• STEP 1.Boil and peel off potatoes. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp refined flour and salt. Mix well. In a bowl take coconut powder and add dry fruits. Then add black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

• STEP 1.Cooking directions for stuffing: Add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds, Coconut powder mixture and fry. For patties: Add oil in pan and heat it. Make small balls of potatoes and flatten it. Now add the stuff and close. Give it a round shape. Fry them unitil golden brown.
