These are wonder puris because these remains as it is till 15 days. Long back when we use to travel from bikaner to calcutta almost 48 hours journey my grand maa use to make these puris for travelling. We can take it with tea. We can enjoy it in lunch with curd or in coming mango season to have these with aamras is just devine. These puris are khasta, masaledaar and very very delicious. You can give these to your kids in tiffin. It is wonderful recipe of my grand mother. I am very happy and excited while sharing this recipe with you because in text recipe it is difficult to understand the whole beauty of these puris.
