Avocado is a versatile fruit, it is used in many dishes and different ways. In the west country, it is used for salad or sandwiches, and in South Asia (Vietnam) it is used for ice-cream or dessert.
STEP 1.In a blender scoop the avocados and add around 4tbsp yogurt and give it a good blend. It should look like a smooth and fine paste.
STEP 2.Now in a bowl take the whipping cream, and whisk it with a hand blender. Keep beating until the whipped cream reaches a point when it’s super thick and holds its place.
STEP 3.Take the cream out in a bowl add sweet condensed milk and the avocado puree and mix them evenly.
STEP 4.Keep scooping and mixing until it blends with the other ingredients and looks even.
STEP 5.Put it in the freezer and keep it overnight or at least for 4hours.
STEP 6.Enjoy your delightful ice-cream.
