This is also a very easy recipe made by my ancestors like dadi & nani even mummy & now also me during sheetala mata vrat day.It requires just few ingredients only & takes less time also.
STEP 1.Take a bowl & add water in it.Then put the jaggery in it for dissolving.After dissolving stain it so that dirt of jaggery is removed.Now put it on gas for boiling & simultaneously put a kadhai on another gas with ghee in it.Then add atta & cook on low flame stirring the atta to get roasted till golden brown.Now turn off the water gas & pour the jaggery water slowly in the kadhai & then turn the flame to high for water to evaporate & do keep stirring quickly so that it does not stick in the kadhai.After the excess water is removed put off the flame of the gas as it's done.Then put it in serving bowl & decorate with cardamom powder to serve hot or cold.
