  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Jaggery
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • as needed Chopped Nuts

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat ghee and add wheat flour. Roast the flour on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
  • STEP 2.Add grated jaggery to the roasted flour and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the jaggery melts and combines with the flour.
  • STEP 3.Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread it evenly. Allow it to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Cut the cooled mixture into square or diamond-shaped pieces. Sukhadi is now ready to be served.
  • STEP 5.Store the sukhadi in an airtight container to maintain its freshness. It can be stored for up to a week.
