• 1 teaspoon Thyme
• 250 gram Chicken breast or thighs, boneless cut into bite size
• 250 gram Shrimp
• 0.5 cup White wine
• 3.5 cup Broth chicken, beef or seafood
• 3 tablespoon Oil olive oil
• 0.5 cup Peas
• As required Salt to taste
