Ingredients For Instant Cucumber Pickle Recipe

• 3 piece 2 cucumber, chopped to small
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon red chilly powder
• 1 tablespoon mango powder
• As required Salt
• To dry roast and grind to powder
• 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
• 0.5 tablespoon methi seeds
• For Tempering
• 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon urad daal
• 0.25 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 0.25 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 5 dry red chillies, broken
• 0.5 teaspoon Asafoetida
• A handful of curry leaves
