• 2 pound Potatoes i used 4 idaho potatoes in this recipe. use your best judgement on the amount of potatoes you will actually eat while slicing
• 6 tablespoon Salted butter
• 1 cup Chicken
• 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil
• 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
• Dried parsley
• 1 Bag shredded parmesan
