One of my very favorite is this one-pot warm healthy and delicious chicken soup. Use chicken with bones to make this hearty delicious soup any time of the year. I make this soup mostly during ramadan, but ideal for winter season.
Ingredients For Healthy chicken & barley soup Recipe
1 piece chicken with bone bite size cup
1 cup chicken stock
0.5 cup barley soak and boiled
0.25 cup Green Peas
1 onions medium chopped
1 tomatoes medium chopped
1 carrots small cubed
2 Green chilies
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 tablespoon Mint leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
0.5 teaspoon Garam masala powder
0.5 teaspoon Black pepper powder
0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
