Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients For Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

• 16 ounce Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 ounce each
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika **regular paprika can be substituted
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Sweet onion finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon Honey **brown sugar can be substituted
• 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste ** ketchup can be substituted
• 2 tablespoon Bourbon **optional i did not use this in my recipe, but it could add another dimension to the flavor
• 4 ounce Cabot seriously sharp cheddar shredded
• 8 Slices bacon cooked and drained
• 4 Slices tomato or 8 smaller slices
• 4 Seeded hamburger buns or your favorite hamburger bun
