Ingredients For Gluten Free Baked Feta Pasta with Shrimp Recipe

• 5 ounce Block of feta cheese, i used traditional sheep's milk feta found at whole foods. crumbled will work as well simply press it together to form a large chunk. you can also sub goat cheese
• 1 pound Cherry tomatoes
• 1 Head garlic, skin on, cut in 1/2 to reveal cloves inside
• 1 pound Peeled/deveined raw shrimp, thawed if previously frozen
• 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, separated
• 2 Handfuls raw spinach
• 0.25 cup Chopped fresh basil
• 1 Box gluten free pasta of choice, i like jovial foods gluten free pasta
• As required Salt and pepper, to taste. some feta is naturally pretty salty, so be sure to taste test before adding
