• 50 gram Treacle or molasses
• 120 gram Light brown soft sugar
• 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon Ground ginger
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
• 60 gram Softened vegan butter
• 55 gram Chopped crystallised ginger/candied ginger/stem ginger
• 130 gram Icing sugar
• 1 tablespoon Syrup from a jar of stem ginger
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or milk
