Directions : Fried Potato Rice Recipe

STEP 1.Slice onions,tomato and potato.

STEP 2.Chop beans and garlic cloves.

STEP 3.1.add groundnut oil and heat it.

STEP 4.2.add sliced potato and fry for 5 mins on medium flame.

STEP 5.3.using the same oil add mustard,cumin seeds,garlic(chopped),onion(chopped)

STEP 6.4.add salt and saute well for 2 mins.

STEP 7.5.now add beans(chopped),green chilli,tomato(chopped) and saute well for 2 mins.

STEP 8.6.then add boiled green peas, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,maggi masala.

STEP 9.7.add ½ tbsp salt and saute well for 2 mins.

STEP 10.8.add boiled rice,fried potato and mint leaves.

STEP 11.9.mix well.
