Directions : Fried Icecream Recipe

STEP 1.1 take a bread slice and place 1 scoop of ice cream on it. Place another slice of bread above the ice cream. Using a cup or a sharp edged bowl gently cut out the portion with ice cream.

STEP 2.2 the cut out portion will be sealed due to the pressure applied while cutting it out. If not, slightly press it with your fingers.

STEP 3.3 make sure there are no cracks in it. If there are some cracks, then use the discarded portion of bread and gently dip the discarded bread in water and then paste it/ fill it in the cracks.

STEP 4.4 refrigerate it for 30-60mins.

STEP 5.5 heat oil in a pan. Maintain high flame. Fry the cut outs. When both sides are golden brown, take it out of the oil.

STEP 6.6 fried ice cream is ready to be served.
