How to Make Fried Icecream Recipe

STEP 01

1 take a bread slice and place 1 scoop of ice cream on it. Place another slice of bread above the ice cream. Using a cup or a sharp edged bowl gently cut out the portion with ice cream.

STEP 02

2 the cut out portion will be sealed due to the pressure applied while cutting it out. If not, slightly press it with your fingers.

STEP 03

3 make sure there are no cracks in it. If there are some cracks, then use the discarded portion of bread and gently dip the discarded bread in water and then paste it/ fill it in the cracks.

STEP 04

4 refrigerate it for 30-60mins.

STEP 05

5 heat oil in a pan. Maintain high flame. Fry the cut outs. When both sides are golden brown, take it out of the oil.

STEP 06

6 fried ice cream is ready to be served.
