• 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon Oregano
• 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning see substitute below if you don't have any on hand
• 1 Egg
• 0.75 cup Beer room temperature
• Vegetable oil for frying
