STEP 1.Peel potatoes slice into chips. Soak in cold water for 15 min. Drain well and dry well on kitchen paper.
STEP 2.Heat a large amount of oil in a pan, no more than two thirds full add one chip to taste if the oil is hot enough add the rest of the chips..
STEP 3.Keep moving and stirring so they don't stick.. Fry until golden brown.
STEP 4.Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with salt. Tomato souce..
