Ingredients for Potato pakoda Recipe

  • 0.33 gram bowl gram flour
  • 0.67 Pieces Potatoes Cut In round thin shape
  • 0.17 tbsp Salt
  • 0.33 tbsp Carom seeds
  • 0.33 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 g Pinch of baking soda
  • as required water
  • as required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Potato Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first, sieve gram flour. Then add all ingredients except oil and potatoes in it and mix everything well. Add water and whisk to make a smooth lumps free batter.
  • STEP 2.Take a kadhai add oil. Heat on medium flame. Add potatoes in the batter and mix well. Put the potato batter in the hot kadhai one by one. Fry the pakoda till golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 3.Take it out in a plate. Pakodas are ready now. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
