• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Large sweet onion chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic minced
• 3 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 12 ounce Dark beer or your favorite beer, root beer or dr. pepper
• 2 pound Ground chuck or ground sirloin if you prefer a leaner beef
• 15 ounce Kidney beans drained and rinsed
• 15 ounce Chili pinto beans drained and rinsed
• 15 ounce Black beans drained and rinsed
• 15 ounce Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
• 24 ounce Heavy crushed tomato
• 8 ounce Chicken stock
• 2 tablespoon Corn masa or fine cornmeal
• 3 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
• 2 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 2 teaspoon Sea salt or to taste
• can Cayenne can be added for extra heat use with caution
