• 0.5 teaspoon Paprika, smoked or sweet
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
• 4 ounce Cream cheese, light or regular, softened to room temperature
• 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, more or less to taste
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
